Michael Mook

ABOUT MICHAEL

Michael is an innovative partner and creative problem solver with demonstrated expertise in running and developing businesses. Michael earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Emory University and successfully attained FINRA licenses 24, 7, 79, 63.

Michael spent much of his Wall Street career at Weeden &Co. LP where he was a Senior Managing Director and Partner in the Program and Electronic Trading Group and a long-standing member of the Senior Management Committee and the Trading Technology Committee. During his 20+ years’ tenure at Weeden, Michael was the architect and primary point person for all sales and technical aspects of Program and Electronic trading, while serving as the chairperson of the Trading and Market Structure Committee.

Michael has an extensive network that spans Wall Street, fintech, and cannabis.  He is an early investor in the cannabis and crypto industries with interests in Jm10, Bloom Farms, Rose Capital/BR Brands, JW Asset, Glas Inc., Sava, and Talos Trading. Michael runs his own family office and is a strategic investor in both cannabis and cryptocurrencies.  He is working on facilitating, coordinating, and raising funds for deals involving dispensaries, grow facilities, sale/leasebacks, and other cannabis-related entities. 

As COO of Next Titan, Michael is responsible for the implementation and management of our internal growth strategy as well as leveraging his capital markets expertise for our clients.
